Ingredients: 3 or 4 Chicken Breasts (You can use whatever meat you desire) 1 Quart of Salsa Directions: -Place chicken breasts in a 9X13 glass baking dish. -Coat meat with Salsa. -Bake uncovered for one hour at 375 degrees. ***Note: -This recipe also works well with rabbit, venison, or beef. -For added taste, wrap meat with bacon before baking. |
