Ingredients: (2) 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese 2 Packages of Dried Beef 3 or 4 Green Onions 2 tsp. of Accent Salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 3/4 cup of Pecans Directions: -Soften cream cheese (let set out to room temp. or microwave). -Chop dried beef until it’s in fine pieces (food processor works best). -Chop tops and bottoms of green onions (tiny pieces). -Mix all ingredients in a bowl. -Form into a ball. -Roll ball into finely grated pecans (food processor works best for chopping pecans). ***Best to chill cheeseball before serving, but not required for set-up. |
