Ingredients: 2 Cups of Flour 3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup of Peanut Butter 1 Cup of Milk 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder 2 Eggs 30 Miniature Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cups Directions: -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -Mix all ingredients EXCEPT candies in a bowl and beat with spoon for 30 seconds. -Put batter in an aluminum foil loaf pan. -Cut 25 peanut butter cups into small pieces. -Place remaining 5 candies randomly in batter and push candy halfway into batter. -Sprinkle the chopped candy on top of batter. -Bake 45 to 50 minutes. -Cool for 10 minutes in pan. -Take out of pan and cool completely for 1 hour. |
