A motorcycle accident claims the life of a Terre Haute man. 

It happened early Saturday morning on North 13th Street. 

Tim Rice and two others had a wreck when a car pulled into their path near Ash Street.  Rice died at the scene.  25-year-old Derrick Burdette was hurt badly and is in critical condition at an Indianapolis hospital.  39-year-old John Campbell of Terre Haute was treated for injuries at Union Hospital and released.
