Despite the rain, water is in short supply in Hillsdale.

Water Superintendent Bob Roskovensky says the town's reservoir is almost empty. They are still looking to track down the problem and get it fixed.

Until then, all Hillsdale water customers are being asked to conserve water.

The water conservation order is in effect until further notice.
