1-6oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Sliced 1/2 Green Bell Pepper Sliced 1/4 Red Onion Sliced 4 TBSP. Basil Pesto 1/4 lb. Penne Pasta Salt & Pepper To Taste Basil Pesto 2oz. Fresh Basil 10 Pine Nuts 3 Cloves Garlic 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 1/8 Cup Grated Parmesan Saute the chicken, peppers & onions together in a small amount of oil. When chicken is done add the penne pasta, toss & add the basil pesto. Heat until pasta is hot then season to taste. Top with fresh parmesan cheese. |
