There is apparently no foul play in a deadly fire in Knox County last week.

There's no official reason the case is no longer a criminal probe. He is waiting on toxicology results before releasing anything to the public.

The fire killed 37-year-old Shane West of Oaktown early Wednesday morning. His body was found in a car inside of a burning barn.
