Jeffrey Adams made his first appearance in court in connection to a fatal car crash in Greene County.

Police say 37-year-old Adams was racing 19-year-old Preston Williams on state road 43 in May when Williams crashed into an oncoming motorcycle.

The driver of that motorcycle 40-year-old Jerry Marker of Solsberry died at the scene.

19-year-old Jessica Allman, a passenger in Williams' car, also died in the crash. Both Adams and Williams are out on bond.
They’ll go to trial in the fall.
