Currently there is equal opportunity for men or women of any cultural or ethnic background; however, it has been difficult to recruit qualified women and minorities in this area and we are anxious to do so.

The employment outlook will be fairly good for anyone who is selected for our program because of the effort to match the number in the workforce to the amount of work available.
