General CONTEST RULES
Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter. Contests (the "Contest") are open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older unless specified under the individual contest rules, except current and former employees of Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc., Advertising Sponsors other television and radio stations in the Terre Haute market, the respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing. Viewers are eligible to win a WTWO, WAWV or mywabashvalley.com contest only once every sixty (60) days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.
Offer subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited. By entering, contestants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsors.
Entry and Award.
1. No prize transfers. Sponsors may substitute prizes for prizes of like value, in the Sponsors' sole discretion. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Only the winning contestant will be allowed to claim the prize.
2. Failure to adhere to any of the terms and conditions outlined herein will result in a forfeiture of the prize.
3. A winner is liable for any tax, title and licensing resulting from their acceptance of any prize associated with this contest.
4. Copies of these rules may be obtained at the WAWV/WTWO Studios during regular business hours or at mywabashvalley.com. WAWV/WTWO reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of WAWV/WTWO.
WAWV/WTWO is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, including any telephone malfunctions, or in the announcement of a prize.
