On Tuesdays we will honor a Hometown Hero selected from the nominations we receive from our community. Our Hero will be featured during a story airing in WAWV Live at Five and then again in the NBC 2 News at 11, in vignettes that air in programming throughout the day, and on this special page at mywabashvalley.com.

We are proud to salute the men and women of our armed forces and their families.
Throughout 2012, members of the military and as many as three direct dependents
may enter SeaWorld, Busch Gardens or Sesame Place parks with a single-day complimentary
admission.
