Morgan Moore joined WTWO in March 2011 as a general assignment reporter. She graduated from Columbia College Chicago in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Her passion for news goes back 10 years, when she anchored and edited a weekly news show at her middle school in Ohio.
During her three years at Columbia College, she reported, anchored and produced a weekly magazine show, Metro Minutes. As a producer and reporter, she was nominated for a 2010 Chicago/Midwest Emmy.
Morgan has interned at Fox 19 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kurtis Productions in Chicago, and WGN-TV in Chicago. While at WGN, she shadowed entertainment reporter Dean Richards, went backstage of Billy Elliot the Musical and interviewed celebrities via satellite.
Morgan is a Cincinnati native and went to Lipscomb University in Nashville for her freshman year of college.
She has a passion for television and loves talking about her favorite shows. She also enjoys singing and going to concerts and sporting events.
