Hot and Sweet Deviled Eggs
Yield: 12
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise into halves
4-5 TBS mayonnaise
tsp. curry powder
tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of paprika
C. dried cranberries or dried cherries, finely chopped
1 tsp. minced fresh chives
Additional chives for garnish (optional)
Scoop egg yolks into bowl; reserve whites
Mash yolks with mayonnaise until creamy
Stir in curry powder, pepper, salt and paprika; mix well
Stir in cranberries or cherries
Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites
Garnish with additional chives
