Clabber Girl - How To Keep Coffee Fresh

Clabber Girl Brew Master Chris Weber talks about how to properly store coffee.  He recommends storing beans in an airtight container at room temperature.

He adds that coffee is at it's best when brewed with freshly ground beans.  One thing he does not recommend is keeping coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.  The dry air there will take a lot of the good taste qualities away from the coffee, whether it's beans or ground.
