A Valley high school has a new concession stand thanks to prison inmates.

Not only does it benefit North Central High School but the offenders who built it.  The program director says inmates will leave with skills they obtained by building the concession stand to get jobs once they're released.  Some offenders were able to learn basic construction skills, electrical wiring, and plumbing.  Others were responsible for siding and roofing.

The concession stand was delivered to North Central Thursday.
