Clabber Girl Recipes - Chipolte Burgers with Grilled Balsamic Onions

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Ground Chuck
Melinda's Chipolte Ketchup - Available at Clabber Girl
Slider buns
1 large yellow onion, sliced
American Cheese
2 TBSP Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar - Available at Clabber Girl
2 TBSP Hillstone Olive Oil - Available at Clabber Girl
Directions:
Mix ground chuck and 1/4 C. Melinda's Chipotle Ketchup in large bowl. Make into small patties and grill. Top with cheese at the end of the cooking time to melt. Saute sliced onions in olive oil and balsamic vinegar until soft. Put hamburgers on slider buns and top with balsamic onions.
