A Valley business celebrates how far it's come.

Great Dane in Terre Haute recently built its 100,000th trailer.

It was built especially for the decades-old customer The Celdadon Group.

The facility's been open for 17 years and employs more than 450 people.

Officials say the milestone trailer shows is a sense of accomplishment both now and in the future.

"The next few years are going to be a very exciting time for Great Dane. We've got a lot og changed on the horizon, a lot of updates to our models of trailers, a lot of changes that we're going to push through for our customers. So the next few years are going to be a jumping board for where we go in the future," said Cory Lookebill, plant manager at Great Dane Terre Haute.

Great Dane's Terre Haute facility manufactures around 8,000 trailers a year.

The company's other location in Brazil, Indiana has three production lines and is currently hiring.
