Sara from Boo's Crossroads Cafe and Corner Grind made Turkey Reubens using Rye bread, lean turkey, swiss cheese and homemade cole slaw!  This unique twist on the classic corned beef reuben is served at Boo's M-F.  We learned how to prepare at home!
