That's why Verizon Wireless is offering in-store workshops every week.
Customers can talk with experts about their iPhone or Android device, get their questions answered and learn some helpful tips - all for free.
Store officials say it's a way to help consumers keep up with the ever-changing phone market.
"It's a way for them to get comfortable with the devices and if they have questions, we have two specialists here that are phenomenal, and they answer all the questions, show them how to use basic features.
It's just getting more comfortable with your device. I know purchasing them, people are scared to purchase the new device becuase they haven't had it before, but it's a way for them to ease into it and actually feel comfortable and confident buying it," said David Scott, manager of the Verizon Wireless store in Terre Haute.
The workshops are hosted every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and rotate each week between iPhone and Android support.
