Attorney General Speaks About Unclaimed Funds

You could possibly have an extra pay day coming your way.

The Indiana Attorney General made a stop in the Valley to talk about money that could be yours.
   
Almost $10 million is owed to Valley residents that has not been claimed.
   
You can click here and search to see if  and how much you are owed.
   
Officials say it's important to get this money back to its rightful owners.
   
"With a bad economy I hope people will spend a few minutes and look for not only themselves but family and neighbors and friends so it is kind of fun to help people find their unclaimed properties," said Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller.

After 25 years the unclaimed funds go back to the state.
