Rex Take Care of Hannibal Sunday

The Terre Haute Rex took care of business against the Hannibal Cavemen Sunday night at Bob Warn Field. After leading 2-0 heading into the 4th, the Cavemen came back to tie the game at 2. The Rex answered right back in the bottom of the inning, scoring 3 runs to take a 5-2 lead. The Rex hung on for a win Sunday and a split with the Cavemen, 9-7 the final.
The Rex play their final home game of the regular season Monday night against the Danville Dans. First pitch is set for 7 p.m. The Rex will battle the Dubois County Bombers Tuesday night in Huntingburg for the Prospect League's West Division.
