Man Arrested For Allegedly Firing Pellet Gun At Vehicle

Police arrest a man for reportedly firing a high-powered pellet gun at another vehicle.
The Terre Haute Tribune Star says it happened Wednesday in the parking lot of the McDonald's at 3rd and Walnut Streets in Terre Haute.
The victim reported a male passenger in another car shot a pellet gun in their direction.
Police stopped the car the suspect was in at Wabash Avenue and 5th Street.
Police say a female passenger said the pellet gun was hers, but that she'd given it to the male passenger, according to the paper.
Only the male passenger was arrested and faces charges of criminal recklessness and intimidation.
His name has not been released.
