For the fourth year in a row valley residents stuffed the bus.

The United Way of the Wabash Valley collected school supplies last week at five locations. Over five thousand dollars worth of supplies were collected.

This was the first year for the Clinton and Sullivan Stuff the Bus locations.

The supplies will now be given to the school corporations, and they will handle putting the tools in students hand's.

Troy Fears, Executive Director for the United Way says it's important that a student has everything they need.

"Teachers and educators are telling us that students are coming to school without the proper supplies they need. That's kind of why we started Stuff the Bus four years ago, and why it continues. It's very important for kids to have the proper material--pens, paper, crayons--to be successful in school," says Fears.

Stuff the Bus locations included Terre Haute, Brazil, Clinton, and Sullivan.
