A Robinson, Illinois woman is seriously injured following a two-vehicle accident Saturday night.

While she's in the hospital, one of the drivers involved is in jail.

It happened about 10:30 p.m. on US. 41 and County Road and 400 South in Gibson County.

Bill Sempsrote of Robinson was northbound on 41 when 27 year old Marcus Osborne of Henderson, Kentucky rear-ended him.

This caused the Sempsrote vehicle to roll over, throwing Janet Sempsrote from it.

Both Bill and Janet Sempsrote were taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville where they are listed in stable condition.

Osborne was taken to the Gibson County Jail for operating while intoxicated.

His blood alcohol content was .15 percent.
