By: Morgan Moore
Updated: March 22, 2013
A Terre Haute attorney is facing his own charge in connection with a 2009 bankruptcy case.

Mark Watson is being charged with one count of theft.

Police say he deposited three money orders into his own bank account that were meant for Frank Beasley, his client in the case.

Those money orders totaled $1,500, which Watson has since paid back.

He is scheduled to be back in court on April 1.
