Despite the slow economy a Terre Haute operation dedicated its brand new location today.

The ribbon was cut at Mosaic near the Terre Haute license branch.  Mosaic is a non-profit faith-based organization that caters to those with developmental disabilities.

It serves forty people in the Terre Haute area and employs over a hundred.  Mosaic is an outgrowth of the former Martin Luther Homes.

Nancy Davis of Mosaid says the new location means a lot, "We're going to begin providing day services.  We're really excited about this opportunity.  We have some folks that are medically fragile.  It's hard to get them out to a regular work site or day program so this is filling kind of a void that we've had in our agency so we're really excited to be able to do that in the future."

Mosaic also launched a fund raising campaign to build a new children's home.
