Some of you who vote in certain Illinois precincts Tuesday could waste your pick if you vote for Roger Eddy.

Eddy pulled out of the race for State Representative in the 110th District. His name, though, will still be on the primary ballot.

Clark County Clerk Bill Downey says Eddy will have "no" votes officially after tomorrow's primary.

Poll workers will advise voters and there will be signs posted at polling places.

For county clerks involved it is a matter of bad timing.

Downey says, "If it had been a month earlier or a month later, would have been easy, but this way, actually it's more of a problem for the voters and really if they understand, it shouldn't be a problem now that Roger Eddy will receive no votes for the 110th rep. race."

Edgar County is another one that will certify no votes for Eddy after tomorrow's voting. Votes will count in the tally in Crawford County. The clerk there will send them into the state which will deal with the issue at that point.
