The results are in.... and they're negative.

The Vigo County Health Department received the final results of a possible tuberculosis case today.

The person who was suspected did not have they disease.

The department tested over 700 students and faculty from Woodrow Wilson Middle School back in May, all of those results also came back negative.

Officials say they couldn't be happier with the results, and are proud of the work from everyone involved.

"We feel confident that we handled it the best possible way, by being reactive to the situation with what is known and if was exciting to see the parents and the guardians, school corporation and the health department come together in such a timely manner and address it," said Joni Wise of the Vigo County Health Department.

Officials are still not saying whether the suspected individual was a student or faculty member at Woodrow Wilson.
