West Terre Haute Police make an arrest in a battery case.

20 year old Kyle Marvel was booked into the Vigo County Jail on Saturday on charges of Battery Resuling in Bodily Injury.

What led to his arrest has not been made public.

He'll appear in court Monday.

We hope to have more information on his case after his court appearance.

yes tammy i said for kyle to keep his head up :) i know both of them and i know how they both are. thats besides the point. yes kyle should not have pushed her but i know he would not intentionally hurt someone. just because he is a previous offender dont mean it was for battery or something on that line and considering he was at my house right before he went there i know he wasnt on drugs like some are saying. sorry but i know how he was when he was on drugs...and i sure wouldnt have him around my 8 month old or 5 year old if that was the case. KEEP THAT HEAD UP BUB!!!! WE <3 YA!!!
