Old National Bank MVP of the Week Contest Rules

The Old National High School MVP of the Week is a program to honor outstanding high school students and has been established in cooperation with local TV stations WTWO/ WAWV, mywabashvalley.com and Junior Achievement for the Wabash Valley. The objective of the program is to recognize student MVPs for academic achievement, community involvement and extracurricular activities. One student will be recognized each week with an on-air profile and receive a recognition award. In addition, one student per semester from among the weekly winners will be chosen to receive a $1,000 savings bond for their future educational pursuits.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible for the weekly award program, a student must:
1. Be a high school student 2012-2013 and/or Fall 2013 school year.
2. Be nominated thru an online submission form on mywabashvalley.com.
Method of Selection
Students can be nominated online at mywabashvalley.com by anyone familiar with the student's academic, community involvement and extracurricular achievements.
Weekly winners will be selected on the basis of academic achievement, community involvement, and extracurricular activities not limited to sports, performing arts, clubs and organizations. Winners will be selected by a Junior Achievement committee.
At the end of each academic semester (December 2012, June 2013 and December 2013), one student from among the weekly winners will be chosen to receive the $1,000 savings bond. The Junior Achievement committee will select the winner from the list of qualified weekly winners. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
