ISP Saturation Patrol Nets Two Arrests

An Indiana State Police saturation patrol leads to the  arrests two people for drunken driving.

The patrol took place in Knox County from 8 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Saturday.

Troopers arrested Thomas Dye and Emmanuel Messer, both of Vincennes.

They're held on bond at the Knox County Jail.
