Colts Lose Safety For The Season

INDIANAPOLIS -- Colts safety Mike Doss will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL in his right knee.
Doss suffered the injury during Sunday`s game against the Washington Redskins and medical tests determined the tear, Colts coach Tony Dungy said Monday.
Doss had been a starter the last two years but came off the bench the first two games this season until Bob Sanders suffered a knee injury. Sanders has missed the last four games after having arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.
Dungy is hopeful Sanders will return this week.
